As a mobile business, TS Technology can offer competitive pricing: £30 for the first hour and £25 per hour after that, charged in half hours.
Here are some typical costs:
General Computer problems from £15 This can be anything from a completely dead system to software problems. Estimates can be given with a description of the problem and you will not be charged extra if the job overruns as long as the description is accurate. Software problems may be fixable remotely.
Computer rebuild £30(fixed price) If your computer has problems and you want to start again with a fresh install, this can be done on site, and includes installing all the latest drivers and setting up peripherals and network connection, and the price is fixed regardless of how long it takes.
New computer installation and setup from £15 Includes unpacking and setting up your new computer and peripherals, testing that everything is working, and connection to an existing internet connection.
Broadband Installation £20(fixed price) Includes setting up your broadband and connecting 2 network ready computers, some installations may require extra components (wires, network cards) please call for advice and an estimate.
Anti-Virus and Firewall setup from £15 Covers review of your existing system, installation of firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware software. Your choice of software or free software for home users.
Virus/Spyware cleanup £15-£30 If your computer has viruses, or you have picked up some spyware from browsing, your computer can be cleaned with free software (or your choice of pay for software). Due to the nature of these problems times can vary greatly.
Mileage
Standard charges are based on travel within the Middlesbrough area, there may be a small charge to cover fuel costs for callouts beyond this area. You will always be informed of this before your job is booked.
Payment
Payment is accepted in cash or cheque, or credit and debit cards through Nochex, link below (no registration required). Hardware will be supplied on cleared funds only.
